The clear coat came out amazing, not a single imperfection to be found, now the real test begins on track. Swapped out the stock unit for a 300-cell AEM, shaved about 10 pounds of weight from the front end. Now the car feels more agile on twisties. Put on the splitter and lips, still tweaking the alignment to get that perfect seal at 25mph with minimal drag. Just spent a few hours getting the bleed done and now my calipers are squeaking like they're supposed to. No more soft brake pedal on the track days. The 3D printed part was a pain to fabricate, but the end result looks sharp on this track-day beast. The custom lip spoiler looks amazing on my car now, really makes the widebody stance pop. Took me a week of tweaking to get the fit just right. Swapped out the rotors with a set of lightly worn Hawk HP2s, can't wait to see how they handle track duty on this weekend's session. Finally got the splitter painted and mounted, can't wait to see how it handles on the track tomorrow morning. Got a decent fit with the new spoiler, still tweaking the edges to get it just so, should give me a bit more downforce now. Put some new spacers in, feels tighter and should help with understeer on track day corners. Swiped off to the local fabricator, the splitter looks perfect with barely a hint of edge rubbing on my left front fender. After weeks of waiting, the wheels are finally installed and everything feels more balanced, ready to throw down on track soon. Painted and clearcoated, they're smooth and glossy - ready for a nasty off-road session next weekend. Replaced all bushings with 20mm ones, now the car feels more stable over those tight corners at Thunderbolt. Swapped out my old splitter for a more aggressive piece, hoping to squeeze out some extra grip on the track. Turns out, it makes all the difference.
