Rebuilt the diff myself, swapped out the gears for a stronger unit now running 8.5's at 90k rpm with zero squeal or noise, feels tight. Swapped out the stock subframe for a stronger unit, which allowed me to run a larger diff and give the rear some much-needed stability. Swapped out OEM bars for custom adjustable ones, and now the handling is noticeably improved without sacrificing too much comfort. Swapped out the old bearings for some much smoother ceramic units, feels like a whole different driving experience now. Updated the engine management system to switch from a DynoMax S3T to a more precise Camspec MHD setup for better tuning capabilities. Ran around 20 hours of setup with the new springs, took a few trial fits to get the perfect balance point, now she's handling sweet. Swapped out my old sway bars for heavier ones that provide just the right amount of resistance and smoothness to the ride. New bar is a major improvement, reduced body roll and makes corners feel tighter, still tweaking dampening settings though. Had to weld some extra support on the axle mounts to get that perfect ride height, it was a bit of a hack job. Replaced struts with poly bushings, now she's tracking perfectly at 3.5 inches all around, feeling smooth and planted like always. New shocks are bolted on, feeling stiffer than before, time to adjust sway bars next. Lowering the car down to 0.8 inches of travel was a major accomplishment after months of tweaking camber and toe. Swapped out old shocks for progressive rate ones and reworked the control arms to get a nice, tight camber setup that doesn't suck on rough roads.
