Just finished painting my '68 Camaro SS with a fresh coat of Cerakote black and it looks incredible, really made the interior pop too. Swapped out the exhaust system for a custom Borla setup.
Swapped out the stock internals, replaced pistons, and got the new crankshaft all bolted together; still waiting on rebuild gasket shipment to finish up the job.
Swapped the motor out after 100k miles of faithful service, ready to breathe some fresh air into this old girl's veins and squeeze out that extra 10 horsepower.
Replaced the entire subframe with a stronger, more precise unit, reducing flex and allowing for tighter suspension adjustments. Now the rear end tracks perfectly in every corner.
Swapped out pistons and rings yesterday, now just waiting for the new connecting rods to arrive and assemble everything. Really enjoying this part of the build process so far.+2 mais
